Entry to Blacktown Arts Centre is via the front of the building at 78 Flushcombe Rd, Blacktown.

Visitors with restricted mobility can access all public areas of the gallery and there is a disabled toilet available.

The Council car park (adjacent to the Arts Centre) is open to the public all day Saturday.
