Blacktown City Social Plan Survey 2016 - Have your say

Blacktown City is inviting residents to take part in a survey and provide feedback about the experience of living in our City.

The survey asks what you like about your local community, what you would like introduced into the community, and where you would like to see changes.

Results of the survey will assist with future planning and identify key social issues and strategies for Blacktown City.

Closing date 19 April 2015

The exhibition of artworks from Jeannie Baker's innovative picture book, Mirror, comes to Blacktown Arts Centre from November 2012 to January 2013. Jeannie's intricately detailed collages present a visual story that both contrasts and reveals the parallels in the everyday life of two boys - one in Sydney, the other in Morocco.

The travelling exhibition Mirror is supported by the Australian Government through the Council for Australian-Arab Relations (CAAR).

Mirror, along with other books by Jeannie Baker will be available for sale at Blacktown Arts Centre during the exhibition.

An Education Kit is also available for sale for $9.90.

Special Offer: During the exhibition* you can purchase a copy of the picture book Mirror at 20% off the RRP.
