Echo Music Series - Shivon Coelho & Kristen Adams

Shivon _ Kristen banner.jpg
Shivon Coelho & Kristen Adams
Saturday 29 October, 8pm

Echoing jazz starlets of the past, emerging singer-songwriters Shivon Coelho and Kristen Adams are solo performers with a touch of youthful groove. Catch them before they hit the big time.

Local artist Shivon Coelho, a recent graduate of the Australian Institute of Music, combines distinctive vocals with keyboard and guitar. Inspired by greats such as Joni Mitchell, Sonny Rollins and John Coltrane, Shivon can be found around the Jazz circuits of Sydney performing orginals, standards and anything that grooves.

Talented guitarist with a unique voice, Kristen Adams hails from Sydney's North. A recent graduate of the Talent Development Project, Kristen has already played at concerts for Pink, Lady Gaga, Keith Urban and most recently, Katy Perry. Kristen's sound is subtle, intriguing and a little bit quirky.

Presented as part of the Emerging Echoes initiative.

Cost: $15 Adult, $10 Friends of BAC/Concession.
